Plug In & Out
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
Plug In & Out lets you experience the hectic workday of a 1950s switchboard operator. Route the callers to the right lines before they lose patience, stay caffeinated and and don’t miss the chance to get in on the office gossip!

How to play
Route calls
There are three switchboards in your office. When a switchboard lights up…
- Approach and interact with it
- Connect the lit line to your own phone (on the right) to hear the request
- Plug the lit line into the correct recipient (on the bottom)
Callers won’t hold forever and too many dropped calls will lead to your termination.
Drink coffee
If your coffee level gets too low (or too high), your vision will start to blur.
Gossip
Memorize the juicy details you pick up on the phone lines and listen for gossip opportunities at the door.
Development
Made in 72 hours for the Ludum Dare 60 game jam.
